A panel discussion included Sy Rotter, Dr. Maria Lombardo of the National Italian American Foundation and Stefano Ronca of the Italian Embassy. Following the presentation on Italy's role in the rescue of Jews, the audience participated in a discussion of Italians' role during the Holocaust in comparison to other European countries. A reception hosted by the Jewish community followed the event.
