This conference organized by the Italian American youth group FIERI at the University of Chicago was attended by a vast audience of college students seeking information on Italy's role during the Holocaust. Survivor Daisy Miller from Stephen Spielberg's Survivors of the Shoa Foundation and Dr. Maria Lombardo, NIAF Education Director related their stories of Italy during W.W. II to the college students, who made their remarks and comments about the Holocaust. A reception followed the event. FIERI developed a videotape of the event and sold it to students and the general public over the Internet.
